Any leadership journey starts with answering the question, “why?” What experiences have shaped the person you are, and how do they influence your future? This session will guide participants through identifying the causes that can drive them to action.

This session starts with the basics of civic engagement, explores the three types of advocacy and how to implement them fearlessly into regular practice, and builds on the activities and teachings from the last webinar to begin creating tangible plans to motivate women thoughtfully into action. Participants will reflect on the communities they already belong to, how they would like to influence change, and issues that are important to them.
