Your trainer will be your biggest cheerleader so it is vital we gather as much information about yourself and your goals as possible. Please note our trainers are all self employed and our prices all start from £40 per hour. To take part in sessions here you must be over 18 and will be asked to fill out PARQ form to ensure you're safe to exercise.
