Ghostplay, hailing from Sacramento, storms back with their latest album, Zelpha, a venture that almost vanished into the ether. Fronted by Jason H. on vocals, bass, keys, and synths, and joined by Leticia H. on vocals and guitar, the band has braved more than their share of storms since their debut EP, 33, dropped in 2015.
