Please fill out this form if you are interested in participating in the CAS madness faculty/student basketball tournament. Entry is free and open to all students, even those outside of College of Arts and Sciences. All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting CAS scholarships.The tournament will take place on March 30th from 2-5 pm. The event will be hosted at the Recreation center, courts 3 and 4. Individuals can sign up independently or as a team, however each member of the team will need to fill out the form separately and indicate the same team name. Teams will consist of 4 students and 1 CAS faculty member.
