Strings of Brigid performs the most beautiful Celtic and folk music.  The group's repertory focuses on traditional Irish and Scottish songs (especially the heartbreakingly sad ones) and contemporary English folksongs.  Jennifer Kingsland leads the group with her ethereal vocals and Celtic harp.  Chappell Kingsland crafts the emotionally powerful arrangements, plays guitar and piano, and sings backing vocals.  Kierra Aiello plays that most flexible of instruments, the cello, sometimes adding a bassline, an accompaniment, or a soaring melody. Brigid is a Celtic goddess with three personas and musical powers; in one story, she put a spell on several harps, their music enchanting all those in the hall.  The trio looks forward to enchanting live audiences again when the quarantine is over! In the meantime, we will release a new single (with a music video) every two months.
