Hello! 

We're excited that you're interested in submitting a workshop proposal for Camp OUTdoors.

This form is broken down into several short pages. Please complete the information on each page, review your information at the end, then submit your application. 

You may submit more than one workshop proposal within this form. 

Keep in mind that:
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the application are required.
  • You must have scripting enabled on your browser in order for the application to function properly.
  • You must click the 'Finish' button at the end to send your application to our Camp Management team.
  • Review your application at the end before clicking 'Submit'.
At this time, the form must be completed in one sitting. If the form is left idle for more than 20 minutes, the session will expire, and form progress will be lost

Workshop Date/Preference

In order to start your application, please tell us when you would prefer to facilitate your workshop. 


Camp OUTdoors, located in Northern Arizona, has two in-person sessions:


Session One: July 9-15

Session Two: July 20-23

  • Workshops are 75 minutes long
  • There is no access to wifi or technology for workshops
  • Workshops should not be wholly lecture-style and must include engaging activities and camper participation.
  • Youth-led workshops will be prioritized

Part I: Making Choices for Short Proposals

10 min  Introductions 

20 min Discussion of grant types (Short Proposals and Full Proposals)

05 min Resources

15 min questions

Part II: Drafting Workshop

20 min Participants work in teams to help each other draft their proposals

20 min Wrap-up with participant reports

All workshops must have participant interaction.
